Your consent is optional
You can book appointments and purchase services without agreeing to SMS. You can contact us by phone or email instead. Providing your phone number alone does not enroll you in this program; use the separate checkbox on our appointment text form to request enrollment.
Use a mobile number you own or are authorized to use. Let us know if your number changes. Submitting the form records your preference; it does not book or confirm an appointment.
How to stop messages
Reply STOP to any program message to opt out. You may receive a final message confirming the opt-out. You can also contact DexaFit Minneapolis directly to withdraw consent. Opting out of texts does not cancel an appointment.

Delivery and appointment changes
Text delivery can be delayed or unsuccessful because of carrier or network conditions. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. If you need to make a time-sensitive change to an appointment, call our team directly. Our appointment information explains how to reach us and our 48-hour cancellation window.
